Frequently Asked Questions.

If you have successfully completed a full 12-year school curriculum, you are eligible to apply for a bachelor's program in Italy without any impediments. Similarly, if you have completed 9 years of compulsory education and subsequently finished at least 3 full years of college or lyceum, you meet the criteria for admission.

However, if you have only completed 11 grades of education, you are not immediately eligible for a bachelor's degree program in Italy. In this case, you have two viable options. First, you can opt for a Foundation year, which serves as a preparatory year to bridge the educational gap. Alternatively, you can pursue a bachelor's degree in your home country and subsequently seek entry into an Italian university.

Certainly! The key requirement is that you have completed your previous education before commencing your studies in Italy. If you haven't received your diploma with grades at the time of application, you can substitute it with your academic transcript of records.

We specialize in assisting individuals with major transitions. While having a clear understanding of your intended field of study is crucial, we're confident that, through our collaboration, we can guide you in successfully transitioning to a new and captivating academic specialization.

Absolutely, you should consider studying in Italy, even if your GPA isn't exceptionally high. Italian universities take a holistic approach to evaluation, considering your application as a whole, not just your GPA. Your entire set of documents, including recommendation letters, personal statements, and standardized test scores, is taken into account, which means you have multiple opportunities to showcase your strengths. By considering all these factors, you can pursue your dream of studying in Italy, even if your GPA is not exceptionally high. The opportunities and financial aid available can make your academic journey in Italy not only possible but also financially sustainable.

Certainly, we have the expertise to facilitate your admission to any university in Italy, offering a wide array of specialty options. Italy offers different institutions, mainly divided into Universities or AFAM institutions (Academies of Music, Art, and Dance). The University system is divided into Bachelor's degree (3 years course), Master's degree (2 years course), Single Cycle Degree (5-6 years course), and PhD and Specialization Programmes. In Italy, students may also find University Master or Academic Master, which last for less than 2 years (usually one year). It is essential to know that these kinds of Masters are not equivalent to Master's Degrees.

Italian and European citizens can work full time, while non-European citizens can sign contracts that allow them to work for a maximum of 20 hours per week until their residence permit expires. Knowledge of the Italian language is generally required to get a job. However, speaking other languages is usually positively evaluated when reviewing your CV.

You can! In Italy, higher education institutions offer more than 500 programs entirely taught in English. However, we recommend that students have at least a B2 level of English proficiency. This requirement can often be fulfilled through various means, and there are some exemptions.

If you have studied in high school or university entirely in English, this can serve as a certificate of your English proficiency and may substitute for the need for an IELTS or TOEFL score. Italy acknowledges the value of your prior education in an English-speaking environment and may grant exemptions accordingly.

The Italian government's regional scholarship program is open to all international students with no restrictions on citizenship or age. It's designed to assist those whose family income is below €24,000 annually. This program covers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students and offers financial aid, which can vary based on family income and academic performance but typically includes an annual payment of €7,000, exemption from university fees, and a meal allowance. Initially, it's a one-year scholarship, but it can be extended if you maintain good academic progress.

Hello, my name is Nurana. I am currently studying European Economy and Business Law at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome. The admission process was not difficult, and after receiving the acceptance letter from the university, I started thinking about the scholarship. However, due to the limited time frame, it seemed challenging for me. Fortunately, one of my friends recommended Apply Italy.

The scholarship application process became less stressful thanks to Apply Italy, as they handled it quickly and professionally. I am grateful to them for their support. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who dreams of studying in Italy. There are numerous reasons to fall in love with Rome. Personally, I am captivated by the city's ancient architecture, cuisine, and museums.

My name is Anelia, I'm 18 years old, and I am a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.

I chose my major - Data Analysis because Qualified data analysts are among the most sought-after specialists in the world. The demand is so high, and the supply of people who can really do this job well is limited. Data analysts receive huge salaries and excellent benefits even at the entry level.

I thought for a long time about choosing a country for university education and settled on Italy. Italian universities are prestigious, and diplomas are highly valued everywhere. There is also the opportunity to travel throughout Europe.

I found the services of ApplyItaly through my acquaintances and friends who also applied through this organization and had a positive experience.

Thanks to ApplyItaly, I was able to achieve my goal: to enroll in a university on a scholarship. Throughout the entire application process, they provided support, and even upon arrival in Italy, they continued to provide advice and assistance with various issues that may arise.

I have no regrets about my choice at all. I really like this country and its people. I like the teachers who treat students with respect, I like the system where you can choose subjects, in short, I am delighted with everything

My name is Akylai Abdyganyeva, I'm 19 years old, and I'm from Kyrgyzstan. I didn't think for long about choosing a major because I've always dreamed of becoming a diplomat. My choice fell on Italy because here there is an opportunity for free education, as well as the availability of scholarships.

I stumbled upon the ApplyItaly company quite by accident on Instagram when I was looking for information about admissions. Further, ApplyItaly helped me choose a city, apply for a grant, and successfully enrol in a university. Upon arriving in Italy, I was impressed by the country's unique atmosphere, and everything met my expectations.

I am studying at the "Political Science and International Relations" faculty, and I must say that I am completely satisfied with my choice. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to ApplyItaly, especially to Lamia, who supervised the entire application process and was always in touch

My name is Meruert, and I come from Kazakhstan. I live in the city of Astana. I already have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. When I was pursuing my first degree, I had the option to choose marketing and management as my specialization within Business Administration, but at that time, I decided that it was better to start with a basic degree in finance and accounting. Now, with 10 years of work experience, I thought about further expanding my knowledge in this field. That's why I chose the specialization in Marketing and Digital Communication. These skills would help me develop not only as an entrepreneur but also in my job. I am currently studying in Rome at LUMSA University, which is just 5 minutes away from the Vatican. It's the most wonderful place for my studies that I could have chosen. Here, I can gain cutting-edge knowledge while enjoying the beauty, rich history, and culture of the city. Rome has so many centuries of history, and studying in such an atmosphere is a special pleasure.

I first saw an advertisement about studying in Italy on the elevator screen in my residential complex. It constantly mentioned the opportunity for free education in Italy. Intrigued by the advertisement, I began to gather information and consult with various agencies, finding them on Instagram. ApplyItaly caught my attention the most because the manager Lamia's responses were very clear and instilled trust in me. So, I decided to try collecting the necessary documents and following all the recommendations. Even after obtaining pre-enrollment and applying for a visa, I still had some doubts about the positive outcome of the situation. I was very happy when I received the visa, even though the embassy took a long time to process my application. But I quickly packed my bags and flew to Rome.

Studying abroad was a bit scary since it was a new experience for me, especially after 10 years since completing my bachelor's degree. I was also anxious about the upcoming exams because I missed almost a month of classes due to the visa delay. However, Lamia's words that I would succeed truly reassured me. And now, after completing the first semester, I received good grades on my first exams. Our faculty has students from various countries around the world, including the CIS countries, China, India, Turkey, and of course, Italians themselves. Thank you, ApplyItaly, for providing me with this wonderful opportunity to gain experience and education in this beautiful place

Hello everyone, my name is Iyed Chouchane, a 19-year-old Tunisian boy who had the chance to move to Italy in September to start his bachelor's degree in Business and Economics at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio with the help of the Apply Italy agency. I had a great opportunity to be one of the many people who had the chance to experience life in this outstanding place. At first, I was a little lost since I'm not fluent in Italian, so the members of Apply Italy helped me a lot with all the paperwork and other office tasks, like the permesso di soggiorno, codice fiscale, and scholarship documents. After getting all the work done, it was time to have fun and discover the great city of Rome, its art, food, streets, and friendly people. It's just been an amazing experience so far.

I, Leyla Baylarova, was born in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. My passion for art has been present since my childhood, and I have held numerous painting exhibitions in several countries. Due to this passion, I decided to pursue a career in Architecture and Design. My painting abilities have greatly aided me in all the projects I have undertaken, and I am incredibly satisfied with my choice of this field.  I completed my bachelor's degree over a four-year period at Selcuk University, one of Turkey's most esteemed institutions. Throughout my education, I was taught the fundamental principles and essential aspects of design, which proved highly beneficial to me. During my time at Selcuk, I nurtured the dream of continuing my education in Italy. As Italy is renowned as one of the leading countries in the field of design, I was confident that studying there would play a significant role in shaping my future career. After graduating, I returned to Baku for a year to further improve my English skills. It was during this time that I learned about ApplyItaly from acquaintances studying abroad. Thanks to their recommendations, I got in touch with ApplyItaly, whose assistance in my journey of getting accepted into an Italian university was invaluable.

Considering my chosen field, ApplyItaly initially provided me with a list of universities and discussed the opportunities to study with scholarships. From that list, I selected the 'Product and Service Design' program at La Sapienza University, one of the oldest and largest universities in Rome. Since pursuing a master's degree held great importance for me, I meticulously evaluated my options and the ApplyItaly team provided immense support in making this decision.  Throughout the acceptance process, ApplyItaly ensured my comfort and promptly addressed any concerns or questions I had. They assisted me in collecting the necessary documents for the visa and scholarship applications. Once I obtained my visa, I wasted no time in purchasing my ticket and eagerly began my new university life in Rome. I am currently delighted with my education at Sapienza University, where I am studying with a 100% scholarship. I successfully completed the first semester with high scores and was granted accommodation thanks to the scholarship. Studying in Italy has exposed me to a vastly different culture, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to experience such diversity. Whenever I have encountered any issues with the university thus far, I have reached out to ApplyItaly, and they have been more than willing to assist me. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to ApplyItaly for providing me with this wonderful opportunity to gain experience and education in such a remarkable place

I applied to my university through Apply Italy, and they guided me step by step on what documents to gather for scholarships, visas, and university admission. They also assisted me upon my arrival in Italy and helped with my residence permit application. They are highly competent in their field, especially since many of their students come from CIS countries, and they know exactly which documents are needed from each country. They provide complete examples for everything.

After moving to Italy, I heard numerous negative reviews about various companies involved in admissions. Fortunately, every time I was glad that I chose Apply Italy because I encountered no problems with them. Everything was clear, precise, and on time. I am more than happy with my profession and university major. There are many students from the CIS region in my field, including a lot of Kazakhs and Kyrgyz, which makes our life more enjoyable, easier, and lighter.

When choosing among companies to help with admissions in Italy and to avoid falling into the hands of scammers, I highly recommend Apply Italy.

Hello, everyone. My name is Akhmed, I'm 25 years old, and I'm from Uzbekistan. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in Italy, in the city of Rome, specializing in architecture. My program is quite strict, for example, attendance is monitored, and our classes go on practically from morning till evening. For those who primarily come to earn a living, balancing work and study in this field can be challenging. However, don't worry; I'll tell you how to overcome this at the end.

Since we are in the city of Rome, there are plenty of museums and landmarks where architecture students can enter for free. Additionally, my program often offers opportunities to participate in various international internships. For instance, I recently took part in one of them, which took place in Spain.

Finally, I want to share how to stay focused on your studies and not worry too much about your financial situation. That's where scholarships come in. Scholarships in Italy not only cover your tuition but also your accommodation and partially even your meals. So, if you need such financial support or you want to apply, I recommend using Apply Italy. I personally used their services and was very satisfied

Hello, everyone. My name is Akerke, and I'm from Kazakhstan. Currently, I'm a first-year master's student at the Italian university La Sapienza, and I owe this opportunity to the Apply Italy team.

In reality, I had dreamt about studying in Italy since I was around 13 or 14 years old. I always wanted to study international relations or any field related to politics, and that's exactly how it turned out. Thanks to the Apply Italy team, I successfully enrolled in the program and country I desired. However, I faced quite a few challenges along the way. I couldn't apply on my own because all the Italian university websites were in Italian, and I couldn't figure out which documents I needed, when to submit them, and whether I needed to take video interviews or tests. I overcame all of these obstacles with the help of the team.

I found them quite by chance when scrolling through TikTok. I came across a girl who soon became my guide, both during the application process and after my arrival in Italy. The experience here has been even better than I had imagined because people are incredibly welcoming to students and tourists. Italy offers a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful scenery, tourist attractions, and cities to explore.

Now, I can travel, and it's all thanks to the Apply Italy team for helping me gather all my documents and meet deadlines. I want to express my heartfelt thanks. Join us in pursuing your dreams.

Hello, everyone. My name is Alymbek Alimbekovich Sagynbaev, I'm 23 years old, and I come from Kyrgyzstan. Currently, I am studying in Italy at the Cassino State University, majoring in Global Economics and Business.

The most frequently asked question is why Italy and what motivated me to enroll in Italy? I graduated from Kyrgyz State Technical University named after Iskhak Razzakov, located in Bishkek, with a Bachelor's degree in Automation of Technological Processes and Productions. After completing my university studies, I was actively involved in the business sphere for nearly two years. This experience strongly pushed me towards wanting to acquire education specifically in this field and understand the essence of business structures and global economics.

I would like to express my gratitude to Apply Italy for their outstanding support, especially to Lamia, who was with me from the beginning to the end, answered all my questions, and helped me throughout the process. To all those who aspire to enroll in Italy this year, I wish you the best of luck.
